Can anyone give us info on where to stay, camp or tailgate around the speedway. We are stoked about the race. Thanks Tam and Mike!!

I'm currently working on a "Kansas fan guide" for the Downforce Fan Club. It should be finished sometime this weekend and posted on my blog here. As for hotels, I just did a search, and its slim pickings. Nothing around the track has any rooms. We're going to be staying in the Lenexa, KS area. Its about 10-15 miles from the track, but its interstate all the way. Its a fast and easy 10-15 miles.

We've been looking at hotels and if you haven't already booked a room, it would be a good idea to do so ASAP because reasonably-prices rooms are becoming slim pickins!
