The place for all INDYCAR fans

My thoughts are that this year is Danica's year for her first win, and likely two or three. With this being her second season with a top-tier team and second full year with the Dallara chassis, she's more comfortable with the team and the equipment. We know that she has the focus and determination, and now with the familiarity with the equipment and team it should fall into place.

This is really something that has hobbled her both at AGR and at RLR. Her pit crew and crew chief always seem to have been subpar. Her pit crews have been slow causing her to lose 1-3 positions every pit, and her crew chiefs have not always made the best decisions. Remember KS last year when she was told to go and ran into TK? A lot of people blamed Danica, but that was all the fault of the crew chief and the RF changer.
Excellent point. As xorpheous points out, her pit crew has had issues both at RLR and AGR. This should be a welcome change. Last year she was in contention a few times. Makes you wonder if pits had been a little quicker would that have been enough to put her in front?
I agree CHristy that at the end of the year, she could tangle, but this is a different year and arguably there is going to be more stif competition this year. I just hope that she does well this year, but I cant honestly say that I think she will hit her first win.

I agree that this will be her year but she really needs to step the aggressiveness in her driving. She is an outstanding driver but lays back when she is challenged. I am a huge fan of hers and want her to win at least 2 or 3 races, expecially INDY but she really needs step on the gas at the right time. My brother, who has been an INDY fan for years, doesn't think she can win. I would love to prove him wrong. GO DANICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
