it was really a freak accident. i've never seen a spring snap off and do that before. i think both accidents where freak accidents. the henry surtees accident just sounds like one of those strange. almost unexplainable things. massa was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. i hope f1 don't over react with this thou.

the fia is behind alot of f1 problems but this isn't the first time this kinda things happen. i don't think its a bad thing in many ways for teams to become private again any way. manufactures only use sport as a ends to a means.
