BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) — Police say IndyCar driver Marco Andretti helped break the gate of a Pennsylvania municipal parking garage instead of paying a fee but Andretti denies the police account.

I heard second hand from someone close to the situation that the credit card reader at the gate was malfunctioning and Marco's friend in the car behind him decided it would be a good idea to break the gate.
