Oh... And holy crap! I just noticed the um, modified (for lack of a better word) fenders??? WTF? The penis-nascarmobile has GOT TO GO. Didn't anyone tell them that this is OPEN WHEEL racing?!?!
touchee!!! Fenders are NOT a part of OPEN WHEEL RACING> DER! POP and I say HI and agree 150%.
Hi guys! Love you!
Ugh... Looks a little too phallic for my tastes :). So far, I'm digging the Swift #33 design, but who knows what we'll end up with.
Reminds me of that horrible little creature called a "blood sucker" used on patients long ago to suck out their blood and heal them. Maybe I'll feel different when I see it in person--but from the photo--IT IS UGLY.
Either the Dallara or Swift designs work better for me. This negates the whole allure of "Open Wheel Racing"; running side by side or nose to tail with no safety net around those spinning wheels.

If this design is chosen, I am going to have to seriously reevaluate my relationship with and interest in IndyCar racing.
I absolutely agree, Don! Let's hope someone points out this massive flaw to the powers-that-be!
NO NO NO. I DON'T CARE. THIS ISN'T A INDY CAR. ITS A BATMOBILE. IS SOME ONE TAKING THE PISS?
Wow they can't be serious ? that is a land speed car not an Indy car
That car isn't ugly, its FUGLY...if I have to explain fugly you're probably to young to be hearing it any way. I don't see how anyone could be seriously looking at this design as the next indycar. If they went with this joke of a car, then it won't matter if I can't see the races because I can't get verses. I probably couldn't watch something this ugly on a race track anyway. I really think this series tries to come up with ways to drive away the fan base.
1- Lets not get more American drivers in the series
2- Lets pick a TV channel that only about 1% of America can get.
3- Lets piss off IRL fans who have been with us from the word go. Let's get rid of great tracks like Michigan, Vegas, California, Atlanta...lets go play follow the leader on boring street/road courses.
4- Let's let our drivers go over to the dark side and not try to keep them in our series.
5-Let's design a fugly car and think about racing that.
6-hmmmmm...what can we do next to piss off our fans?

This is getting painful.
