I pick Helio or Will Power for Sao Paulo
I think you will see the three Penskes being in the mix all year, along with the two Ganassi cars. I would like to see TK take home the win at Brazil. I also would like to see RHR be in the mix throughout the year. I think KV will be in contention for some races, as will be D&R.
D+R definately with justin at the wheel. and conway is decent too.
The fantastic Will Power will score the first victory of the 2010 season--in fact, I'll predict he wins St. Pete, too. Yes, I think he is that good in awesome equipment with a super pit crew. I do think Justin Wilson will be on the podium in Brazil and St. Pete, too. I just want to see crowds in the stands in Brazil, no damaged equipment and have everyone arrive safely home ready for the American opener.
I agree with you verbatim on that, Linda. I also like Justin Wilson for D+R and KVRT to be factors on street/road courses.
It would be nice to see TK win at home and definitely nice to see the Andretti team win. Realistically though, after the Barber test, I believe we're in for another season where only a Penske or Ganassi car has any chance of winning. I think all the drivers for both those teams are definitely good drivers. I'm just not sure I'll stay around through another season where the outcome is a foregone conclusion.
Heard something that might interest you'all----Tony Cottman predicts the Brazil may just be the best race of the 2010 season--there are 3 to 4 places to pass on this circuit--and he says if it rains, there should be even more drama. I'm certainly looking forward to Sunday!
I feel exactly the same way. And I'm looking forward to this season and many more to follow.
Helio Castronevres will win of course, and he is Brazilian.
