The place for all INDYCAR fans

We all know Sarah is primarily an oval track driver. Would you like to see her on the road courses too? Perhaps in the off-season she can get some instruction for road course driving. Any thoughts?

I would like to see her run a full season in time. However, I think she and her team are approaching things wisely. Their plans at the moment are to run all of the oval tracks next year, and then evaluate a full-season gig. Dollar General may come through and want her to do a full-season next year, which would be nice. If she did commit to a full 2009, I think you're right about needing to do some off-season road work. Dismore's kart track might be a good place to start getting some work. I remember JR saying in his interview how important karting was to the development of road racing skills, especially in the momentum-based IndyCars where power isn't in abundance.
If your gonna race full time you gotta learn to road race. She has the talent. I still can't figure out why she can't get a big time, commited sponsor. I mean, come on, she one of the few women in motorsports that owns her own team. Someone should have snapped up this sponsorship opportunity a long time ago. I really felt for her when she crashed at Indy. I know what it like to lose your only racer. It took me four years(and getting rid of the nagging wife) to get the money to get back racing after I totaled my kart in a crash. When you foot your own bill that kind of thing is devastating.
