Cool. My wife and I are thinking about starting a photography business (mainly local landscape pics for postcards and greeting cards), but figured if I could I'd try to sell some of my motorsports pics as well. However, doing a little bit of reading showed that there's a number of legal issues regarding image use, copyright, and privacy. I certainly want to stay clear away from any legal entanglements.

I would suggest contacting your local newspaper and asking them what their guidelines are concerning permissions and releases for pictures. Also one could contact one of the enthusiast magazines and ask what their policy is. And last but not least ask a local attorney if he can recommend some one who could advise you re; these matters
