Hello all, just wanted to let you all know that I started a Danica Patrick fan site at http://www.godanica7.com, so stop by and sign up if you get the chance. Thanks.

"Using the poker analogy, it's obvious Marco is playing with someone else's money, more so than any other driver. "

Exactly, Jim. That needs to change if he's going to improve as a racer. I'm a poker player and can attest that no matter what anyone else says, you don't play as well with someone else's money as you do with your own money. Marco exactly in this situation. There's no serious consequence for his multiple DNFs.

As for Mutoh, I wasn't suggesting that he was doing poorly. He's one of the most professional drivers on our beloved team, but I wonder if the Honda bucks will continue to flow in 2009, or if Honda will take Hideki elsewhere in the league.

Hideki's problems seem to be rookie driving mistakes rather than bad car setups from AGR or internal stress and tension (although that is hard to quantify and measure). Hideki has been quite competitive, all things considered. Between Will Power, Graham Rahal and Mutoh, there is a wealth of rookie talent. Marco is likely only going to grow up on his own time frame. I don't think he responds to external pressure from anyone, including dad and dad is not going to "ground" him, so to speak.

I think that Marco should be forced to play poker for stakes that could hurt. Perhaps then he'll learn the value of patient aggression. Its really sad to see our team on such rocky ground right now. It really makes me wonder if Honda will keep Hideki at AGR for 2009. :(

Well, Marco punting Danica out of a likely 9th place finish to 18th place completes the hat trick for him for the year. He has successfully taken all 3 of his team mates out at one time or another. Danica was the "luckiest " because she got to at least finish. We all know Marco can drive aggressively, now, he needs to learn to drive smart. AGR is hurting and getting their lunch handed to them by Penske and TCG.

Geez, what's up with our fav team? Good old TK is still holding up the team, but even he is struggling. It seems like Penske and TCGR are miles ahead this season.

wow wow wow!!! In only one lap, and just about 30s, I've lost my voice! Congratulations Danica!!!

AGR might have had two cars on the podium last Saturday were it not for TK's bad fortune. :( Still Marco had a heck of a drive! It's too bad about Hideki's first race as an AGR driver. I really had hopes for him busting out of the gate strong.

Thoughts on who will do well this week at St. Pete?
