Will Power is a native of Queensland, Australia and is starting his 2nd year in Indycar. He spent 2 years in the Champcar World Series scoring 3 victories. In 2006 he had nine top ten finishes out of 14 races. He was the highest finishing rookie in 2006 with 213 points. Power is a clean and smooth driver who allows the race to come to him He's seldom in a wreck unless someone takes him out. This year is his debut with Team Penske.

Nascar has 2 MEGA events here in Phx, spring and fall. Can't really race here in summer, so any other race would have to be close to Nascar. Might be tough to pull off.
Phoenix is my favorite. I attended my first race there in '97. Tony Stewart, Arie Lyendyke, Roberto Guerrero. I also attended the last race there in 2005. Danica's second race in IRL. Phoenix gave the teams an idea how they looked on the flat tracks…
