Hi!! Oh I wish I was in Chicago with you guys!!!! I'll probably have pics of rain, LOL! We're waiting on Hanna. There is a chance of showers in Joliet on Sunday though. It's pouring there right now thanks to Gustav, but that should go away. It's like 93 here in Richmond right now. Just like in June, haha! I will look for Jeff for you. I met Kasey Kahne yesterday. He's shy. I plan on going to more IndyCar races next year since I'll finally have vacation time. Hopefully the fall & winter go fast, LOL! Have fun and be safe!

GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!!!!! Aside from the fact that I started back to work today, I got my new timesheet and I have 105 SCHEDULED/VACATION hours to use. I did some math and took away 37.5 hrs (one week; I work a 37.5 hour work week) and so I'm going to use it when you guys come in April next year!!! The week you come I MADE absolutely sure I had enough time for. The rest had to wait and now I have enough time to use for any and all days I want to use. I even have a day that I can use for when you want to go to see a Colts game. Just let me know when and preferably a home game. Anyway, I just had to share. I was so excited when I saw that I had that much time. WAHOO!!! I can't wait for you to come out here. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing you in Chicago and I hope Mom comes, too. Hey Melissa, I'm looking forward to Chicago and seeing your family. Is Mom going, too, or just Dad? I know you said Uncle Lloyd and Claire were going and Dawn. I can't wait to see all of you. I think we are going to Belle Isle. I just booked the hotel for Belle Isle. I'm just debating on grandstand seats or just bringing my lawn chair. So, did you read the recnt memo about DW? Is he really out next season? I thought Chip resigned him and all was good. I'm listening to Indy Racing Weekly and they said that Dan doesn't comment. I read on ICG that Chip signed Bruno Junquieria for next year but all of this has come from someone listening to Robin Miller, who isn't exactly the most credible person I would listen to. What do you think?

The DF bus is going ,so we're going,otherwise we'd be watching from the recliner!Great party at KY ,huh?see ya at Chicagoland!

Hey Melissa, it was great to see you and Dad and Aunt Jeanne. I hope you have a safe drive home and weren't stuck in that traffic like I was. Oh, well. It was a great race and I was glad to attend the DF party. I was just bummed that I couldn't go into the garage. They want to be "fan friendly?" Then let everyone into the garage area where the transporters are. The fans love that. Anyway, enough about that. I'll have to post the pictures for you. Take care and I was so glad to see you at KY. I look forward to seeing you in Chicago. We might be going to Belle Isle. We have to sit down and talk about it. KIT!!!

The weather looks great for the race! Sunshine and temps around 80 all weekend. But if you're out in the direct sun, it'll probably feel hot. Are you guys going to the big buffet again at the Belterra? Haha, I gambled for like 5 minutes last year, lost $5, and decided gambling was not for me. The buffet was the best part. Ok, have a safe trip!

Hi Melissa! How are you? I haven't been on here in like 2 months, but I wanted to say hello. :) I wish I was going to KY with ya'll this weekend! Boo!! I'm just a little too far away to make the drive this year. Hope you have fun, and have good weather!

Not sure how often you are on this site anymore, I'm not since Richmond, but I still hear from Gary every once in awhile so I thought I would drop you a quick line to say hi. I hope you enjoyed the NASCAR race, despite the stupid cautions for every 10-15 laps or so. That really ruined it for me. Anyway, I can't wait to see you and your family at KY.
