I think this is a great promotion. I read about it on her site a while back, but I haven't gone to DG to check it out. We already have tickets to the 500, but I'd love money to spend!
cool..you wont regret it... two packed filled days of all the racing you can stand :) two Indy Lights races (one Sat. one Sun) Indy Car Race (Sunday) ALMS (Saturday) the place is hoppin' w/ activity :) if you need to see the best options for tickets you can go to : http://www.midohio.com since you will be there the whole weekend I would reccomend getting either the Super Ticket or the Deluxe Ticket...they cover everything for the whole weekend (Fri - Sunday) for a great price!! If you want to discuss hotel rooms (if you drive seprate) let me know...we can message through Myspace or you can email me at 2748Fan@woh.rr.com if you take the bus they will have hotel information for you (I am guessing...I have never taken the bus)
You could still get a room for Mid Ohio...we got ours last year three weeks before the race...albeit 50 miles away..but a room none the less... if you ride the bus through DF you will get a room in a block of rooms they get...but they leave I believe on the Saturday at 7am from Indy... ???? :) I can help you find rooms if you are serious about it :) I know a few other "towns" that are in the "area"
Chicago offers some of the most exciting racing of the season as IndyCars will usually race two to three wide and the finishes are the close as ever. Briscoe edged Dixon in 2009.
