Delta Wing Project

Hi guys,i recently ran across a image of the DeltaWing project car and i was absolutly awsome.Read about the complete progeam and i gotta say its about time.When I was a kid in the 60s i loved watching open wheel but long about mid 1990s the cars were becoming like cookie cutter cars and engines as well,subsquently I lost intrest in open wheel.To me the essence of indy car racing is inovation,new designs,pushing the envolope so to speak.I truly believe that this car would be giant step towards rekendling that spirit and would bring older and younger fans out of the wood work to see these new cars and different engines compete.I would rather watch the older racing from late 40s to mid 70s anyday.I think this deltaWing concept is without a doubt along with the other new designs and new engine manufacturers will breath much needed life back into the great sport of indy racing.Just typing the word indy gives me goose bumps,I believe modern day racers owe it to the men and women that pioneered this sport to gravitate towards more inovation and run what you brung.                                                                                                                              Mike
